  • How long is the delivery period?
    All home delivery orders will be processed and delivered to customers based on their selected delivery time slot. We will attempt to deliver earlier but no earlier than the timeslot selected. Our courier will send a notification prior to the delivery. SMS and email will be sent to you for collection. Please expect a delay in delivery during peak promotion period.
  • Is there any delivery charge?
    No, Technofony offer free shipping fee to entire Malaysia. However for international shipping free shipping only limited to selected items.
  • How do I register?
    At our homepage, click "Register". Fill in the registration form accurately & click on the Register at the bottom of the page. Upon successful registration, you may then log in to your account & start shopping!
  • How do I update my delivery address or change my password?
    Once you've signed up, you can click on registered name at the top of the home page. Here, you can edit your account information then click "Save" to update To change password, select "Change Password" then key in your new password and click on "Change Password"
